It isn’t only the children that play

A child entered a room where a man worked, started to handle in the papers fixed on the wall and let a thumbtack fall to the floor interrupting the man who said:
-Find that thumbtack before somebody steps on it!
The child searched enough, but didn’t find it. She left the room and the man was interrupted again by a little laugh. He stood up, looked at the direction of the strange little laugh and saw the thumbtack hidden under a chair with its sharp point up.
