Cachorro com três cabeças

                         

   Na porta de uma repartição pública, um cachorro veio reclamar que sua coleira estava muito apertada e foi recebido por um cachorro com três cabeças. E então o cachorro perguntou a uma das cabeças do outro cachorro:

    -Você é Cérbero, o guardião do inferno?

    E uma das cabeças do outro cachorro respondeu:  

    -Esse é o meu nome mitológico, mas aqui neste mundo real eu me chamo Burocracia.

   Dog with three heads

   At the door of a Complaint Department, a dog came to complain that his collar was so tight and was received by a dog with three heads. And then the dog asked  one of the heads of other dog :

    -Are you Cerberus, the guardian of the hell?

    And one of the heads of the other dog answered:

    -It is my mythological name, but here in this real world my name is Bureaucracy.
