A origem

 

   Duas pombas começaram a brigar. Elas foram isoladas e examinadas por um grupo de cientistas e então eles descobriram:

   -Elas foram mordidas por um homem.

  The beginning

   Two doves started to fight. They were isolated and tested by a group of scientists and then they discovered:

    -They were bitten by a man.

A evolução dos cavalos

   Um cavalo deu carona para seu amigo e então um guarda de trânsito parou o veículo. O cavalo perguntou ao guarda:   

   -Vai me multar porque eu dei carona a meu amigo que é um cavalo?

   Mas o guarda de trânsito que também era um cavalo respondeu:

   -Vou multá-lo porque seu amigo não está usando o cinto de segurança.

   The evolution of the horses

   A horse gave his friend a lift and then a meter maid stopped the vehicle. The horse asked the meter maid:

   -Are you going to ticket me because I gave a gift to my friend who is a horse?

   But the meter maid who was also a horse answered:

   -I am going to ticket you because your friend isn’t using seat belt.

O direito de beber

    Um cavalo que dirigia alcoolizado foi pego por um guarda de trânsito. E o guarda disse:

    -Vou suspender sua carteira de motorista!

    Mas o cavalo continuou dirigindo alcoolizado e o guarda de trânsito parou-o novamente:

    -Vou cassar o seu direito de dirigir!

    E então o cavalo, lamentando o próprio vício, respondeu:

    -Seria melhor se você cassasse o meu direito de beber!

   Drunk’s license

   A horse that drove alcoholized was stopped by a meter maid. And the meter maid said:

   -I am going to suspend your driver’s license.

   But the horse continued driving alcoholized and the meter maid stopped him again:  

   - I going to cancel your driver’s license!

   And then the horse, lamenting his own habit, answered:

   -It would be better if you cancel my drink’s license.

A política e a ciência

   Há muitos anos atrás, uma tropa de cavalos rebeldes foi reunida por um líder que disse:

   -Vamos derrubar os homens e impedir que eles cavalguem sobre nós novamente!

   Mas um cavalo manifestou-se no meio da tropa:

   -Eu tenho uma ideia menos violenta.

   Todos os cavalos olharam para o cavalo que contestou o seu líder:

   -Vamos inventar um automóvel para eles.

 The politics and the science

   Several years ago, a troop of rebel horses were joined by a leader that said:

   -Let’s drop the men and impede them to ride us again!

   A horse manifested among the troop:

   -I have an idea less violent.

   All the horses looked at the horse that contested their leader:

   -Let’s invent an automobile for them.

Em uma rua escura

   Um homem que caminhava em uma rua escura com uma arma  viu um vaga-lume. O homem apontou sua arma para o vaga-lume, mas o vaga-lume disse:

    -Não me mate. Eu posso te ajudar com a minha luz.

    E então o homem respondeu:

    -Por que eu iria querer sua luzinha, se eu já tenho o fogo.

In a dark street

    A man that walked down a dark street with a gun saw a firefly. The man pointed his gun at the firefly, but the firefly said:

    -Don’t kill me. I can help you with my light.

    And then the man answered:

    -Why would I want your little light if I already have the fire?

Minha casa

   Um homem viu um pássaro distraído e o prendeu.E o pássaro preso em uma gaiola perguntou ao homem: 

   -Por que você me prendeu se eu quero apenas harmonizar o seu mundo  com o meu canto.

    E o homem respondeu:

    -Porque eu quero apenas que você harmonize a minha casa.

   My house

     A man saw a bird distracted and arrested him. And then the bird arrested in a cage asked the man:

     -Why did you arrest me if I just want to harmonize your world with my song?

     And the man answered:

     -Because I just want that you harmonize my house.
