Quando o tatu era criança

Quando o tatu era criança

   O tatu, o cavalo, o morcego, o grilo, a pomba, o cachorro, a cobra, o papagaio, o corvo, a minhoca, a vaca, a galinha, o veado, o coelho, a mariposa, o gato, o pato, o rato, o sapo, a girafa e a mosca tinham suas presenças registradas , mas o dragão de sete cabeças esticou uma de suas cabeças até a mesa do professor Cágado, olhou para o livro de presenças e perguntou:
   -Por que me deixou com falta, professor?
   O professor Cágado respondeu:
   -Como eu iria saber que você está na sala se não respondeu “presente” quando eu chamei o seu número?
   E o dragão disse:
   - Eu estava distraído.

   When the armadillo was a child

   The armadillo, the horse, the bat, the cricket, the dove, the dog, the snake, the parrot, the raven, the earthworm, the cow, the hen, the deer, the rabbit, the moth, the cat, the duck, the mouse, the frog, the giraffe and the fly had their presences registered, but the dragon of seven heads extended one of their heads until the teacher laggard’s table, looked at the attendance book and asked:
    -Why it is registered that I skipped, teacher Laggard?
   Teacher Laggard said:
   -How do you want I to Know that you are in the classroom, if you didn’t answered “present” when I called your number?
   And then the dragon of seven heads answered:
   -I was distracted!

O homem e a mosca



   Um homem foi pedir aumento a seu patrão, mas recebeu apenas insultos. O homem foi para casa, deitou na cama e começou a chorar. Uma mosca apareceu voando sobre ele. O homem observou as voltas da mosca e percebeu que elas escreviam no ar:  
   -Você é um idiota!
   Imediatamente o homem pegou seu chinelo e acertou a mosca enquanto respondia:
   -E você é uma mosca morta!

   The man and the fly

   A man went to ask his boss for a raise, but he received only insults. The man went home, lay on the bed and started to cry. A fly appeared flying over him. The man observed the turns of the fly and perceived that they wrote a phrase in the air:
   -You are an idiot!
   The man got his slipper and hit the fly while answered:
   -And you are a dead fly!

Pesadelo na cidade do senhor das moscas

   Um homem ficou rico explorando o trabalho de outras pessoas, pagando-lhes miseráveis salários,  mas numa noite, teve um pesadelo.
    Ele sonhou que estava em um lugar cheio de moscas. Um sapo apareceu e comeu as moscas até ficar inflado e estourou. As moscas engolidas estavam livres novamente e se juntaram às outras moscas.  
   O homem acordou assustado com o senhor das moscas que apareceu em seu quarto em forma de um ladrão. O ladrão apontou uma arma para o homem rico e interpretou o seu sonho:
   -De mosca em mosca o sapo estoura o papo!

   Nightmare in the Lord of the flies’ city

   A man became rich exploiting the other people’s work, paying them miserable salaries, but in a night, he had a nightmare.
   He dreamed that he was in a place full of flies. A frog appeared and ate the flies until he became inflated and popped. The swallowed flies were free again and joined together with the others flies.
   The man wake up scared with the lord of the flies that appeared in his bedroom in the form of a thief.  The thief pointed a gun at the rich man and interpreted his dream:  
-Fly by fly, the frog pops his belly!

O homem escaneado

   Um homem disse para uma mulher pelo telefone:
   -Eu gostaria de fazer sexo com você novamente.
   A mulher respondeu:
   -Você não tem uma coisa original para me dizer?
   O homem disse:
   -Tenho. Meu novo celular é capaz de me teletransportar até você e...
   E então uma cópia do homem materializou-se dentro do quarto da mulher e disse:
   -Eu gostaria de fazer sexo com você novamente!

   The copied man

   A man said to a woman on the telephone:
   -I would like to have sex with you again.
   The woman asked:
   -Haven’t you original anything to say me?
   The man answered:
    -I have. My new cells phone can teletransport me to where  you  are and...
    And then a copy of the man materialized into the woman’s bedroom and said:
     -I would like to have sex with you again.

Mensagem de natal

   O senhor das moscas apareceu para um homem rico sob a forma de papai Noel e perguntou:
   -Que presente de natal você quer ganhar?
   O homem rico respondeu:
   -Quero que você dobre a minha fortuna.
   E o papai Noel disse:
   -Para isso eu terei de tornar alguém miserável.
   O homem rico perguntou:
   -Alguém da minha família?
   O papai Noel respondeu:
   -Não é necessário que seja da sua família.
   O homem rico analisou a condição do papai Noel e perguntou novamente:
   -Posso mudar meu pedido.
   Papai Noel concordou e então o homem rico disse:   
    -Eu quero que você triplique a minha fortuna!

   Christmas message
   The Lord of the flies appeared to a rich man in the form of Santa Claus and asked:
    -What Christmas present do you want to get?
    The rich man answered:
    -I want that you double my fortune!
    Santa Claus said:
    For that I will have to become a person miserable.
    The rich man asked:
    -Does a person in my family?
    Santa Claus answered:
    -It doesn’t need to be a person in your family.
    The rich man thought about the condition of the Santa Claus and asked again:
    -Can I change my order?
   Santa Claus agreed and then the man said:
    -I want that you triple my fortune!

Na cidade do senhor das moscas

   Depois de um estressante dia de trabalho em uma grande cidade, um cavalo dormiu e teve um pesadelo. Sonhou que dirigia velozmente seu automóvel fugindo de um enxame de moscas e uma ambulância também o seguia. Saiu da estrada e continuou correndo em um campo. A ambulância desapareceu, mas o enxame de moscas ainda o perseguia. O cavalo acordou apavorado no meio da noite e pensou:
   -Significa que se eu correr da cidade me acidentarei e serei trazido de volta em uma ambulância?
   E então o senhor das moscas apareceu na parede escura do quarto para melhor interpretar o sonho do cavalo:
   -Significa que você se acidentará em um lugar em que apenas as moscas te encontrarão.

In the Lord of the flies’ city
     After a stressful day at work in a big city, a horse slept and had a nightmare. He dreamed that drove his car quickly escaping from a swarm of flies and an ambulance followed him too. He left the road and continued running in a field. The ambulance disappeared, but the swarm still persecuted him. The horse woke up in the middle of the night scared and thought:
     Does it mean that if I run from the city I am going to suffer an accident and to be brought back to the hospital?     
     And then the Lord of the flies appeared on the dark wall of the bedroom to better interpret the dream of the horse:
     -It means that you will suffer an accident in a place that only the flies will meet you!

Trabalho em equipe

   Uma mosca aproximou-se de um cavalo com uma perna machucada e disse para o animal:
   -Eu poderia desenvolver meus ovinhos em sua machucadura?
    O cavalo respondeu imediatamente chutando a mosca com sua perna sadia. Nesse momento outra mosca apareceu e botou sobre a perna machucada do cavalo. E então a mosca chutada gritou:
    -Nosso plano deu certo, amiga, mas na próxima vez eu botarei e você conversará com o cavalo!

   Teamwork

   A fly approached a horse with an injured leg and said to the animal:
   -Could I develop my little eggs into your injury?
   The horse answered immediately kicking the fly with his health leg. In that moment another fly appeared  and laid on the injured leg’s horse. And then  the kicked fly cried:
   -We got our plan, my friend, but next time I will lay and you will talk with the horse.

Agradecimento



    Um enxame de moscas aproximava-se  de um animal morto no mato, agradecendo:
   -Obrigado senhor das moscas por esta farta alimentação!
    Mas havia uma mosca que não agradecia junto com o grupo. A mosca foi observada pelas outras e respondeu:
    -Eu não sei rezar, mas estou acompanhando vocês batendo as minhas asas.

   A swarm of flies approached a dead animal in the woods, thanking:
   -Thank Lord of the flies for this hefty food!
   But there was a fly that didn’t thank together with the group. The fly was observed by the other ones and answered:
   -I don’t know to pray but I am following you flapping my wings!

   Um homem entrou no mato, defecou e deixou o local. Um enxame de moscas veio, se alimentou e, logo, dezenas dessas moscas começaram a morrer.
   E então a mosca repórter que mostrava o fato na televisão concluiu a notícia:
    -A merda estava estragada.

    A man entered a wood, defecated and left the place. A swarm of flies came, fed itself and, soon, tens of them started to die.
   And then the fly report that showed the fact on television, concluded the news:
   -The shit was ruined.

O senhor dos dominados



  Um dia, o senhor das moscas colocou várias espécies de moscas em um universo. As moscas estranharam-se, desentenderam-se, mas aprenderam a se comunicar e evoluíram.
   Com a evolução das moscas, o senhor das moscas percebeu que, logo, elas não o reconheceriam mais como o senhor das moscas. E então ele alterou o universo injetando poder político em apenas uma das moscas.
    A mosca poderosa dominou as outras, todas pararam de evoluir e reconheceram para sempre o senhor das moscas.

The lord of the dominated ones

    One day, the lord of the flies put several species of flies in an universe. The flies estranged themselves,  disagreed among themselves, but they learned to communicate and evolved.
     With the evolution of the flies, the lord of the flies perceived that they wouldn’t soon recognized him as the lord of flies. And then he altered the universe, injecting political power in only one fly.
     The powerfull fly dominated the other ones, everybody stopped to evolve and recognized forever the lord of the flies.

Cachorro com três cabeças


Cachorro com três cabeças
                         
   Na porta de uma repartição pública, um cachorro veio reclamar que sua coleira estava muito apertada e foi recebido por um cachorro com três cabeças. E então o cachorro perguntou a uma das cabeças do outro cachorro:
    -Você é Cérbero, o guardião do inferno?
    E uma das cabeças do outro cachorro respondeu:  
    -Esse é o meu nome mitológico, mas aqui neste mundo real eu me chamo Burocracia.

   Dog with three heads

   At the door of a Complaint Department, a dog came to complain that his collar was so tight and was received by a dog with three heads. And then the dog asked  one of the heads of other dog :
    -Are you Cerberus, the guardian of the hell?
    And one of the heads of the other dog answered:
    -It is my mythological name, but here in this real world my name is Bureaucracy.

Infantilidade


   Infantilidade

   Duas criancinhas brincavam em um jardim quando uma joaninha pousou sobre a cabeça do menininho. A menininha viu a joaninha sobre a testa de seu irmão e a matou com um soco. O menino caiu, levantou chorando e chamou seu pai. O pai deles veio correndo e disse para a filha:  
    -Peça desculpas!
    A menina olhou para o corpo da joaninha e disse:
    -Mas ela está já está morta!

    Childishness

    Two little children played in a garden when a ladybug landed on the little boy’s head. The little girl saw the ladybug on her brother’s forehead and killed it with a punch. The boy fell down, got up crying and called his father. Their father came runnig and said to his daughter:
    -Ask forgiveness!
    The little girl looked at the body of the ladybug and answered:
    -But it is already dead!

O representante dos pulgões


  
   Uma joaninha aproximou-se de um grupo de pulgões sobre uma folha de couve, mas um dos pulgões enfrentou a joaninha em nome do grupo:
   -Você vai nos comer para limpar esta couve para os homens?
   E a joaninha respondeu:
   - Vou comer vocês porque estou com fome.
   E após ver a inutilidade de seu argumento inicial, o pulgão apontou para os outros e disse:
   -Então coma apenas eles e eu vou mostrar outros pulgões para você!

   The representative of the plant louses

   A ladybug approached a group of the plant louses on a leaf of kale, but one of the plant louse fronted the ladybug in name of his group:
    -Are you going to eat us to clean this kale for the men?
    And the ladybug answered:
    -I am going to eat you because I am hungry!
    And after the plant louse noticed the uselessness of his initial argument, he pointed to the other ones and said:
    -Then only eat them and I will show others plant louses for you.

A joaninha



   Duas criancinhas brincavam em um jardim quando uma  joaninha pousou sobre a cabeça da menininha. O menininho viu a joaninha sobre a testa de sua irmã e a matou com um murro. A meninha caiu, levantou-se chorando e chamou sua mãe:
       -Meu irmão me bateu no rosto!
       E então a mãe deles viu a joaninha morta e disse:
      -Seu irmão não fez por maldade, minha filha. Ele queria apenas matar a joaninha.

     -My brother punched me in the face!
     And then their mother saw the ladybug dead and said:
    -Your brother didn’t do it by badness, my daughter. He only wanted to kill the ladybug.

   Nossos avaliadores

   O exame psicológico de um cavalo que precisava de carteira de motorista, marcado às 12: 31,  iniciou-se às 12:34. O cavalo psicólogo entregou ao cavalo uma folha com cinqüenta números misturados. Em quatro minutos, o psicólogo cavalo interrompeu o cavalo que tinha encontrado apenas a seqüência de 29 números e o reprovou. E então o cavalo respondeu ao cavalo avaliador: 
   -Se você tivesse me chamado no horário marcado eu teria conseguido fazer minha avaliação a tempo.

   Our evaluators

    The psychological evaluation of a horse that needed a driver’s license was scheduled at 12:31 p.m., but he was called at 12:34 p.m. The psychologist horse gave a sheet with 50 numbers unsorted to the horse. In four minutes, the psychologist horse interrupted the horse that had met only 29 numbers in sequence and reproved him. And then the horse answered at the evaluator horse:
     -If you had called me in scheduled hour I would have got it on time.

Progresso urbano



     Um homem passeava com seu filho ao longo de árvores queimadas. Seu filho olhou atentamente para a paisagem preta, viu o corpo queimado de um cachorro entre os galhos de árvores e perguntou:
     -Pai, eles não poderiam esperar o cachorro sair para por fogo no mato?
     E o pai respondeu:
     -O progresso urbano não pode perder tempo.

   Urban progress
  
   A man walked with his son along burned trees. His son looked attentively at the black landscape, saw the burned body of a dog burned among the branches of trees and asked:
    -Father, couldn’t they wait until the dog leave to burn the wood?
    And the man answered:
    -The urban progress must not lose time.

A velocidade dos cavalos


   Um cavalo cruzava a faixa de pedestre, outro cavalo parou seu automóvel, o próximo carro parou também, mas seu motorista buzinou e gritou para o primeiro:   
   -Não vai xingar esse cavalo lento?
   E então o primeiro motorista respondeu:
   -Quando eu não estou em meu automóvel eu também sou um cavalo pedestre.

   The speed of the horses
  
      A horse crossed the pedestrian crossing, another horse stopped his automobile, the next car stopped too but its driver honked and screamed to the first one:
    -Aren’t you going to swear that slow horse?
    And then the first driver answered:
    -When I am not in my automobile I am a pedestrian horse too.

A evolução dos cavalos



   Um cavalo deu carona para seu amigo e então um guarda de trânsito parou o veículo. O cavalo perguntou ao guarda:   
   -Vai me multar porque eu dei carona a meu amigo que é um cavalo?
   Mas o guarda de trânsito que também era um cavalo respondeu:
   -Vou multá-lo porque seu amigo não está usando o cinto de segurança.

   A horse gave his friend a lift and then a meter maid stopped the vehicle. The horse asked the meter maid:
   -Are you going to ticket me because I gave a gift to my friend who is a horse?
   But the meter maid who was also a horse answered:
   -I am going to ticket you because your friend isn’t using seat belt.

O direito de beber



    Um cavalo que dirigia alcoolizado foi pego por um guarda de trânsito. E o guarda disse:
    -Vou suspender sua carteira de motorista!
    Mas o cavalo continuou dirigindo alcoolizado e o guarda de trânsito parou-o novamente:
    -Vou cassar o seu direito de dirigir!
    E então o cavalo, lamentando o próprio vício, respondeu:
    -Seria melhor se você cassasse o meu direito de beber!

   Drunk’s license
   A horse that drove alcoholized was stopped by a meter maid. And the meter maid said:
   -I am going to suspend your driver’s license.
   But the horse continued driving alcoholized and the meter maid stopped him again:  
   - I going to cancel your driver’s license!
   And then the horse, lamenting his own habit, answered:
   -It would be better if you cancel my drink’s license.

A política e a ciência



   Há muitos anos atrás, uma tropa de cavalos rebeldes foi reunida por um líder que disse:
   -Vamos derrubar os homens e impedir que eles cavalguem sobre nós novamente!
   Mas um cavalo manifestou-se no meio da tropa:
   -Eu tenho uma ideia menos violenta.
   Todos os cavalos olharam para o cavalo que contestou o seu líder:
   -Vamos inventar um automóvel para eles.

 The politics and the science

   Several years ago, a troop of rebel horses were joined by a leader that said:
   -Let’s drop the men and impede them to ride us again!
   A horse manifested among the troop:
   -I have an idea less violent.
   All the horses looked at the horse that contested their leader:
   -Let’s invent an automobile for them.

Em uma rua escura



   Um homem que caminhava em uma rua escura com uma arma  viu um vaga-lume. O homem apontou sua arma para o vaga-lume, mas o vaga-lume disse:
    -Não me mate. Eu posso te ajudar com a minha luz.
    E então o homem respondeu:
    -Por que eu iria querer sua luzinha, se eu já tenho o fogo.

    A man that walked down a dark street with a gun saw a firefly. The man pointed his gun at the firefly, but the firefly said:
    -Don’t kill me. I can help you with my light.
    And then the man answered:
    -Why would I want your little light if I already have the fire?

   Um homem viu um pássaro distraído e o prendeu.E o pássaro preso em uma gaiola perguntou ao homem: 
   -Por que você me prendeu se eu quero apenas harmonizar o seu mundo  com o meu canto.
    E o homem respondeu:
    -Porque eu quero apenas que você harmonize a minha casa.

   My house

     A man saw a bird distracted and arrested him. And then the bird arrested in a cage asked the man:
     -Why did you arrest me if I just want to harmonize your world with my song?
     And the man answered:
     -Because I just want that you harmonize my house.

Morcegos corruptos ou lagartos



     Enquanto o dragão levantava suas sete cabeças contra a corrupção no Brasil, um menino perguntou a seu pai:
     -Quem governava este país antes dos morcegos corruptos?
     O pai respondeu:
     -Os lagartos.
     O filho fez outra pergunta:
     -E quem ocupará o lugar dos morcegos corruptos depois que o dragão tirá-los do governo?
     E o pai respondeu:
     -Os lagartos voltarão.
     O filho ficou espantado:
     -Pai, você acredita em lagartos pré-históricos?  
    E então o pai respondeu:
    -Eu acredito em sistema político pré-histórico.

   Corrupt bats or lizards
 
     While the dragon raised its seven heads against the corruption in Brazil, a boy asked his father:
     -Who did govern this country before the corrupt bats?  
     The father answered:
     -The lizards.
     The son asked again:  
     -And who will occupy the place of the corrupt bats after the dragon take them from the government?
     And the father answered:
      -The lizards will come back.
     The son was amazed:
     - Father, are you speaking about prehistoric lizards?
     And then the father answered:
     -I am speaking about prehistoric political system.
