Duas pessoas caminhando na rua passaram em
frente a uma banca de jornal e leram a manchete “Governo do Paraná investe em
balas de borracha”. Uma das pessoas disse:
-Balas
de borracha pra quê, se nossos criminosos estão armados com fuzis?
E a outra pessoa respondeu:
-As balas de borracha são para a população
que reclama da falta de segurança.

The people
Two people walking on the street passed in
front of a newsstand and read the headline “Government of Paraná invests in rubber
bullets”. One of the people said:
-Rubber bullets for what, if our criminals
are armed with rifles?
And the other people answered:
-The rubber bullets are for the population
that complains of the absence of security.
