No galho de uma árvore, um passarinho perguntou a sua mãe:
-Por que quando os homens juntam-se, eles fazem um ruído insuportável com suas bocas, mamãe?
A mãe-pássaro respondeu:
-Eles tentam comunicar-se.
O passarinho teve uma ideia:
-Por que nós não ensinamos eles a cantar, mamãe?
Mas sua mãe o advertiu:
-Seu pai tentou fazer isso e eles o prenderam em uma gaiola!

On the branch of a tree, a little bird asked his mother:
